How To Book

  • Email me at comichans92@gmail.com to book an appointment or free consultation.

  • Please only DM me if you’re claiming a spot from my story that asks for DM’s OR you have questions about aftercare/how your tattoo is healing.

    • Name and pronouns

    • Description and reference pictures of the design, including size and location

    • Whether you want color and/or black and gray. 

    • If the piece is covering up raised scars or another tattoo. 

    • If you want any information on aftercare, appointment prep, and/or what to expect

    • Please tell me if you are planning or want to use a numbing agent! Please not that you will need a doctor's note to use one, you will need to buy and apply it yourself, and you will need to bring your note to the appointment.

    • If you have any access needs for the appointment and/or space or are requesting any accommodations

    • Any other questions you have

    • Realism

    • Portraits

    • Religious or sacred symbols from cultures the client is not a part of and culturally disrespectful imagery (e.g. caricatures, dream catchers, the Om symbol)

    • Hate symbols

    • Other artists work that the client does not have permission to be tattooed

    • Religious tattoos, even if your own religion, are at my discretion. Feel free to ask, but I may decline. 

    • I may not be the right artist for you, and I'm happy to give recommendations for other artists!

    • Deposits are nonrefundable.

    • Please give at least 48 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • If you do not give advanced notice or if you no-show, you will need to pay a $25 fee to reschedule your appointment. You will retain your deposit if the appointment is rescheduled.

    • I send mockup sketches before appointments, so you can think about the design and I have time to make any requested changes. If you request major changes on the day of the appointment, I may ask that we reschedule. 

    • If you reschedule 2 times, you will need to pay the rescheduling fee to do so again.

    • If you cancel your appointment, any custom designs will be forfeited and may be posted as flash.

    • First touch-ups within a year are free!

    • With hand tattoos, first touch ups are free, and each after if requested will be at a discounted rate. 

    • Don’t be afraid to ask for a touch up! I want you to feel good about your piece and your body.

About Hannah

  • Hey! I’m Hannah (she/they), and I started tattooing in April 2022. I’m queer, neurodivergent and disabled and fluent in Spanish as well as English. 

  • I’ve always loved art, and have been drawing and doodling on my arms since I was little. I went to GVSU and graduated with a BA in art with a minor in psychology, wanting to go into art therapy. I was always told I should get into tattooing but was always nervous because it’s something that lasts a person's lifetime. It wasn’t until I met another tattoo artist that’s very near and dear to me, explained how they use tattooing to help people process trauma and grief, and I looked into ways the industry had helped people heal, and the gap that was apparent to others in minorities. I knew I wanted to offer as much as I could in way of accessibility, because I do believe art can be healing, and I fully advocate that everyone should have access to getting tattoos. 

  • Getting tattooed can be a very vulnerable experience, and I aim to create a safer space for my clients through practicing trauma-informed tattooing and staying committed to always learning.

  • I do pre-drawn and custom work! I like tattooing nerdy stuff, watercolor, woodblock style art, or painterly style (Impressionism, art nouveau, and art deco are my favorites). I also offer smaller Handpoked tattoos, custom or pre drawn designs.

Pricing Information

  • My current rate is $120/hr, and I require a $50 nonrefundable deposit. This goes towards the total cost of the tattoo.

  • I round up to the nearest fifteen minute mark when calculating cost but don’t include breaks in this. (Breaks include bathroom, stretches, drink breaks, or bactine soaks)

  • I take cash or card, but cash is preferred. My card reader does have a service fee associated with it of 3.5% of the total amount. 

  • Tips are never required but always appreciated!

Reconstructive Tattooing

  • Reconstructive tattooing is a service I offer to alter, match, or completely recreate nipples on individuals, especially but not limited to those who have had surgery or injury to those areas.

  • Reconstructive tattoos are realistic tattoos of the body and do not mimic the texture of said parts.

  • Due to the nature of this service, I charge a flat $150 instead of an hourly rate.
